A day in the footsteps of Claude Monet. From the cruise terminal, we drive you to Giverny, the village where the painter lived for more than forty years. Visit his pink house and walk through the flower garden and the water garden, with the Japanese bridge and the water lilies he painted so often (ticket at your own expense; the house and gardens are open from spring to autumn).
Then we continue to Rouen, the capital of Normandy: the Gothic cathedral that Monet painted in more than thirty canvases, the Gros-Horloge, the half-timbered houses of the old town and Place du Vieux-Marché, linked to the memory of Joan of Arc. Lunch on the way (at your own expense).
Our driver waits for you at each stop and brings you back to the cruise terminal well before all-aboard.
